What a visitor may do with the public pages, and what we promise about them, without a subscription or a trial.

- Who this is with. This page is an agreement between you and FirstVector Signals, a trade name of its Minnesota sole proprietor ("we", "us"). It applies to visitors: anyone who uses firstvectorsignals.com without a subscription or a trial. If you subscribe or start a trial, the terms of service apply instead.
- What you may do. View the pages for your own information only. Do not scrape the site or copy it in bulk, by hand or with software. To read the public data with software, use the public window of the JSON feed and MCP endpoint that /developers describes, within the limits it states; search engines may index the pages our robots.txt allows.
- As is. The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. The records on it are public records, republished for information only.
- Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you as a visitor, for everything arising from the site, is US$100. Nothing here limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
- Your data. What a visit records, and your rights, are on the privacy page.
- Law. Minnesota law and courts govern this page, as section 15 of the terms describes.
- Changes. We may change this page; the version date at the top is the current one.
