The digest, exactly as it went out
The last daily digest as it went out, with company names withheld, for anyone deciding whether to start a trial. Below is the digest our 6 a.m. Central run assembled on Friday 23 Oct, from the same rows and in the same words. On the public site the company names, cities, exact head counts and source links are withheld; subscribers and trial members get them. On a morning with nothing new, the email still arrives and says so.

1 new filing
Good morning. Below are the WARN Act filings published by the state agencies we cover (TX, WI, IL, NY, OH, FL) since the previous digest, ranked by our transparent score. Every figure is taken from the state's published record; each line links to the state's WARN listing (for Ohio, the filing's own PDF).
How it was scored
workers 50-149+30plant/site closure+25industry not stated+0filed within 45 days+12effective date on record+5Below the rows, the email has two buttons, Open your terminal and Set your lens, and each row carries the two one-click buttons, Pursuing and Passed; they are removed here.
Three things worth knowing
When there are more than 60. The subject line reads "Top 60 of N new filings". The top 60 by score are in the email; your terminal carries the full 45-day window.
When there is nothing new. The email still arrives and says "No new verified filings since the previous digest." You never have to wonder whether it failed.
When our overnight pull did not complete. The subject line ends "overnight update did not complete" and the email says so at the top. Anything the pull adds later is in the next morning's digest and in your terminal as soon as it lands.
The footer as sent. Our business mailing address (the law requires one in every commercial email), "Reply to this email to reach a person", and a link that pauses the daily email.
Free: the last 14 days as masked rows (score, sector, state, head-count band, notice date and type). A seat or a 14-day trial: company names, cities and the source link on every row, the 6 a.m. Central digest, the 45-day terminal, the JSON feed and the digest lens. Firm plans add the MCP endpoint and a seat for every colleague.
