Free: the last 14 days as masked rows (score, sector, state, head-count band, notice date and type). A seat or a 14-day trial: company names, cities and the source link on every row, the 6 a.m. Central digest, the 45-day terminal, the JSON feed and the digest lens. Firm plans add the MCP endpoint and a seat for every colleague.

- Your subscription is with FirstVector Signals, a sole proprietorship in Minnesota, USA. You receive a daily email digest at 6 a.m. Central, a private web terminal and a JSON feed for one named user. A firm license covers everyone at one firm: email us each colleague's name and address and we add their seat.
- Data is republished from public state WARN notices and may contain errors or later revisions by the employer or the state. It is public information, not investment, legal or lending advice, and the score is a ranking rule, not a financial estimate.
- No redistribution or resale of the data. A seat is for its one named user; a firm license covers the employees of one firm.
- Billed by Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel by emailing us (or in Stripe's billing portal where a Stripe email links to it); access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and pausing the daily email does not cancel billing. Email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Minnesota law governs.
Automatic renewal: £40,000 (excluding VAT) charged today and then every year on the same date until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing msunkrish@firstvectorsignals.com (or in Stripe's billing portal where a Stripe email links to it); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices in GBP exclude VAT for UK business customers: enter your firm's VAT number at checkout and the reverse charge applies; any VAT Stripe applies is added at checkout.
After you pay
- Stripe takes payment and sends its receipt. Checkout, card details and invoices are Stripe's; we never see your card.
- Within minutes, an email from us with your private terminal link. Stripe tells us the payment cleared and your seat is created automatically. The link is your login; there is no password. Do not share it.
- At 6 a.m. Central the next morning, your first digest. If nothing new was pulled overnight, it says so and still arrives.
- Every seat includes the JSON feed, keyed to the same token. A firm license also gets the MCP endpoint; both are in the welcome email. To add colleagues, reply with their names and email addresses; we create each seat by hand and they receive their own terminal link. There is no self-serve user management.
- Optional: set your lens. The "Set your lens" link in every digest filters the daily email by state, sector group (manufacturing; logistics, transport and construction; everything else) and head-count band. Your terminal and feed always show every verified filing.
- Thirty days in, one email with five one-click buttons asking how useful it has been. A person reads the answer.
If the terminal email has not arrived within ten minutes, check spam for mail from msunkrish@firstvectorsignals.com, then email us. If the welcome email names a plan that is not the one you chose, email us before anything else and we fix the seat by hand.
